
Nextiva Cloud Voicemail Guide
If your practice was recently setup with Cloud Voicemail, please refer to the following guide for accessing your Cloud Voicemail box from anywhere.
*NOTE* Please do not attempt to configure Cloud Voicemail for yourself. This is a guide for once Cloud Voicemail has been set up and configured by PepperPointe IT
To access Cloud Voicemail from a Nextiva phone:
1. From any Nextiva phone, dial 9999 or *86.
2. At the greeting, press the star (*) key.
3. At the prompt to enter the Mailbox ID, enter the Cloud Voicemail extension number, followed by the # key.
4. Enter the voicemail PIN. If checking voicemail for the first time, enter the default PIN: 0000, followed by the # key. Change the PIN to a personalized 4-digit number for the office.
To access Cloud Voicemail from a non-Nextiva phone:
1. From a non-Nextiva phone, dial the business phone number.
2. At the greeting, press the star (*) key.
3. At the prompt to enter the PIN, press the star (*) key.
4. When prompted to enter the Mailbox ID, enter the Cloud Voicemail extension number, followed by the # key.
5. Enter the voicemail PIN. If checking voicemail for the first time, enter the default PIN: 0000, followed by the # key. Change the PIN to a personalized 4-digit number for the office.

Q: I forgot/want to change the PIN. How do I do that?
A: Please contact PepperPointe IT anytime the PIN needs to be changed
Q: I forgot the Cloud Voicemail extension number. Who should I contact?
A: Please contact PepperPointe IT for your Cloud Voicemail extension. If you have an Area Manager, they should also have received this information when the request was processed.
Q: I need to change the greeting for my Cloud Voicemail. Can I do that myself?
A: Due to the complicity of setting up Cloud Voicemail, we recommend users to not set it up for themselves to ensure no call flows are disrupted. You may email your greeting request to PepperPointe IT with the greeting attached
